Parents must use a Google Account to log into the Online Enrollment System of Precious Blood Kindergarten (PBK).

The Online Enrollment System will require the user to log in a Google account. Parents are advised to first apply for a Google Account if they do not have one. Please remember the username and password.

Parents of the applicant should add the contact e-mail of this Online Enrollment System into their address book.

Before an applicant is enrolled, PBK will contact the parents of the applicant through e-mail, and the documents related to the application will automatically be distributed by the computer system to the frequently used e-mail address designated by the parents of applicant.
Please add “admission2425@pbk.edu.hk” and “pbk2425@pbk.edu.hk” into the whitelist of your e-mail account to avoid the “Confirmation E-mail” be mistakenly deleted or identified as junk mail by your e-mail system. Please pay attention to this.

After logging into the Online Enrollment System, parents can enter their frequently used e-mail address (can be different from the newly activated Google Account). After completing the enrollment application, the documents related to the application will be distributed by the computer system to the frequently used e-mail address designated here by the parents of the applicant.

Before filling Application Form, please prepare Applicant's ID photo digital copies (JPG) to ensure a smooth application process.

Passport photo of the applicant (taken within the last 3 months, only clear full-faced photo in JPG format will be accepted for uploading)
file size of ID photo should not exceed 3MB

Partents can use Application Form filling system on 25 September 2023 to 14 October 2023.

Please complete the “Application Form for Admission” online, and upload necessary documents in the specified format to the System.

When parents had filled information online, “Application Form” & “Interview Slip” will send to "Frequently used email address", that entered during process. Parents need to print out these PDF documents and bring them to PBK in person for apply admission

After filling the Application Form detail online, parents will receive a total of 2 e-mails within 10 minutes – (please check your e-mail junk folder if you have not receive them)

• 1st e-mail – a form of filled information sent by Google. Parents can check the filled information.
• 2nd e-mail – sent by PBK’s computer system, that had completed and with applicat's photo “Application Form (PDF)” & “Interview Slip(PDF)”;

Submission form will commence at October 3, 2023. Please bring the below documents.

• Copy of Birth Certificate or Hong Kong Identity Card
  (please provide a copy of the applicant’s passport if the applicant does not have a Birth Certificate or Hong Kong Identity Card)
• Attached Applicat's ID photo of "Application Form" and "Interview Slip" （Print out after filled online）
• Self-addressed envelope x 1 (size 9” long x 4” wide, with $2.2 stamp applied)
• Admission fee $40 (cash only. Please provide exact amount)

Submission Form Arrangements

November 3 (Friday) or November 4 (Saturday) 2023 is the Interview Day, child should come along with parent. Applicant's interview date and time will publish on school's website on October 24 (Tuesday), parents must show out "Interview Time Notification" for arrangement on the date.
